Uniek en eenmalig schilderij van kunstschilder Rick Triest.

Rick heeft zijn schilderstijl tijdens de laatste jaren verder ontwikkeld. Hij heeft een experimentele fase gehad en zijn nieuwe 2021 werken zijn daarvan het resultaat. Urban invloeden met een cosmopolitische look is het resultaat.

De vrije vormen en duidelijke handtekening/signatuur zijn gebleven. Met toegepaste stencil technieken geïnspireerd op ''desires'' en het moderne straatbeeld creëert hij LUXURY ART. Naast deze pop art techniek wordt er gewerkt in lagen met epoxy om een zeer brilliante glans te realiseren.

“I paint almost every day. My biggest source of inspiration is architecture. When I paint Amsterdam I think of the charming and playful classical facades. I also find it a challenge to constantly apply new techniques to give my canal houses a new look.
Apart from architecture my great inspiration is the art of; Alberto Giacometti, Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Yves Klein and the Cobra movement.”

Rick has  developed his painting style in recent years. The result is urban influences with a cosmopolitan look. The free forms and clear signature/signature have remained. With applied stencil techniques inspired by ''desires'' and the modern street scene, he creates LUXURY ART.

In addition to this pop art technique, he works in layers with epoxy to achieve a very brilliant shine.
