Peter Klashorst - Yellow Princess

Visual artist Peter Klashorst (1957) quickly gained fame after graduating in 1981 from the Amsterdam Rietveld Academy. As co-initiator of the artists' collective ''After Nature'', Klashorst gave a new impulse to Dutch art history.

''After Nature'' rebelled against abstract expressionism and introduced an innovative figurative painting style in the eighties and nineties. Klashorst has already won several awards for his progressive work and unique style.
